Construction & Development Partnership (CODEP) Goes Live

CODEP is a British based charity working in London and Sierra Leone.

Established in 2008, the Construction and Development Partnership is a construction industry led development charity with two primary objectives.

- To deliver the aspirations of communities through the construction of world class facilities which enable the development and resurgence of the region.

- To improve the technical capacity of communities by providing training opportunities for young people and local artisans, both during the construction and operational stages of the facilities we are involved with. The Charity will work with local educators to develop existing technical education programmes.

Kudos was asked to produce a website which would provide far greater functionality than that of the existing site, while bringing the site up to standards and SEO compliance.

The site created houses sections detailing all aspects of the charity and its work, a slide show image scroller with captions providing details of current work, a latest news & events section and an opportunity for users to donate to the charity online. The site also publishes an RSS feed for users who want to be kept informaed of latest news, information and events.

Fully content-managed, the site can be instantly updated by the owners using textpattern.
