Unplanned Maintenance (Sunday 15th July)

We will be carrying out some upgrades to the software on our hosting infrastructure during the day on Sunday 15th July 2007. It is unlikely that there will be any interruption to your mail and hosting service, but there may be limited access to your FTP (file transfer protocol) facilities for brief periods throughout the afternoon.

Ordinarily we would provide at least 1 week’s notice for planned maintenance, but this is being carried out on an unplanned basis due to scheduling constraints. We apologise to customers if this presents any problems, but please be assured that we don’t anticipate any email or website ‘downtime’ during the upgrades.

The maintenance has been scheduled on a Sunday to ensure minimal disruption to your service, but if you do need FTP access arrangements to be made or have any other queries about the work being carried out, please call our office before 6pm today, or call me on my mobile at any time over the weekend which is 07793 272740.
